TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read the terms & conditions below carefully. By making a booking through confirming a quote via signature, acceptance by return email, deposit payment or remittance of funds, you (the Customer) acknowledges and agrees to Wild Violet Styling's (the Company’s) Terms and Conditions.

1. Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure a quote. Remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to the event. All events booked less than 2 (two) weeks prior to the booking date require full payment to confirm the booking. The event set up will not occur without full payment prior.

Payment must be made by bank transfer with funds cleared prior to the event taking place. We are not set up to take credit card payments at this time. 

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

2. Breakages

As we are a small business, we do not ask for a security bond. It is a condition of hire that any breakages or damage are the responsibility of the hirer and must be paid for by way of separate invoice. 

If any napkins or linens are heavily stained with food or alcohol extra fees will be charged to cover the cleaning cost.  Any breakages or items missing must be covered at full retail cost.

Small spillages (such as water or non-staining items) may not incur a fee.

 

4. Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable if you choose not to proceed with your event. As we only have the capacity to cater for one event per day, we may have turned away other bookings in holding your date. 

As we understand cancellations can be out of your control, should we be able to re-book an event on the date your have cancelled, your deposit will be returned minus a $50 administration fee. 

5. Postponement 

If your event date needs to be moved, we are happy to move your deposit to a new date (pending availability) without penalty. 

6. Change in numbers

Once your final invoice has been issued, a reduction in numbers will not result in a refund or discount of any kind. An increase in numbers can be accommodated with 48 hours notice prior to the event. If payment for additional guests is required this must be paid at time of notification.
